At the base of Mount Werner, this 2-bedroom luxury ground floor condo (unit D104) is within 2 blocks of Steamboat's Silver Bullet Gondola. Steamboat Springs offers 164 trails, 3,668 vertical feet, and nearly 3,000 skiable acres.

Unit D104 offers a master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, and attached master bathroom with toiletries. A second bedroom has a queen bed plus twin bunk beds and flat screen TV and DVD player, with attached bathroom. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room providing space for up to 7 guests in the unit.

The unit was fully renovated in 2009 (and has had continuous improvements since then) and achieved the highest possible rating (4 diamond rating, scoring 100/100) when last inspected. One of the many upgrades is the addition of a full-sized washer and clothes dryer in the unit.

In the living room, there is a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable corner sectional sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player, and direct access to a private deck.

The dining area features ample comfortable banquet seating and there is also a large breakfast bar with high stools.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with high-end stainless steel appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as the convenience of a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and more.

During the ski season, our guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. Free coffee and hot chocolate (and sometimes donuts!) are available each morning in the Lobby.

Getting around Steamboat is easy! The ski area is located 3 miles southeast of downtown Steamboat Springs. For Guests with cars, there is ample parking at The Lodge, at no additional cost. If you prefer not to drive, there is a complimentary private shuttle service to skiing, shopping, dining & entertainment during the ski season .

In addition, the city of Steamboat Springs offers a comprehensive system of FREE transportation - called Steamboat Springs Transit (SST) - between the ski area, downtown and most hotel, condominium, restaurant, grocery and entertainment locations.
