Beautiful property - particularly the main living/dining area. Enjoyed the outdoor deck as well. Despite the presence of 3 units in the building, the design supports great privacy for each unit. The proximity to Finger Lakes attractors and activities is excellent. My only suggestion for future improvement is to do a bit of work on the landscaping. I understand that it is a relatively new property - so when that happens the outdoor views could be a good as the interior

Beautiful home and scenary. Had to reach out to the host several times to confirm property items and took longer than expected to hear back. But otherwise it was fine. This place is not that close to wineries but it was a quick 30-40 min drive. Close to Ithica falls and Lucifer falls. The three bedroom has the best setup and view with privacy. The grill and kitchen items were very well maintained and curated.
