The airport features a 4000' paved runway with Instrument approach only accessible with owners' prior permission and registration. NOTE - this is an active airport with numerous streets and taxiways shared with auto traffic. Aircraft always have the right of way.
Spruce creek also features a beautiful 18-hole golf course, two restaurants and bars.

Inside the home, guests find a cool retreat featuring one king bed and two queen beds, perfect for a restful night. The two bathrooms include a jetted bathtub and a shower in the Master Bedroom and Tub / Shower combo in the second bath. Both offer a touch of relaxation after a day of exploring. Laundry room features new Washer and Dryer.
