Cozy studio in sunny Palm Bay
This cozy studio is thoughtfully attached to a single-family home in sunny Palm Bay, and offers a cheerful, comfortable, living space. It is fully self contained, has is own private entrance, and does not share any indoor space with the main house. Designed for comfort and convenience, and comparable to a hotel room, the studio features a queen size bed, a full bathroom, ample storage, a small dining table, an apartment size refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee pot. It's located in a convenient, quiet, residential neighborhood and is close to Historic Downtown Melbourne, plenty of restaurants, shops, The Indian River Lagoon, and miles of gorgeous beaches.
Things to note:
The backyard is a shared space with guests of the main house.
The driveway is reserved for the guests of the main house. Guests of the studio may park on the street directly in front of the house, where there is plenty of parking available. If you have more than one car you may park it anywhere else on the street.
As this is a house with walls that are not completely soundproof, you may be able to hear some noise from the guests in the main house, as they may be able to hear noise coming from your studio. We respectfully ask that you adhere to quiet hours from 8PM to 8AM
The studio has central air conditioning. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat in the main home. You will not have access to the thermostat, however the guests in the main house are aware that the temperature should always be set between 70 to 74 degrees so that everyone is comfortable.
There is no washer and dryer, however we do provide laundry service with pick up and delivery for an additional fee. We are also happy to provide local transportation, airport transfers, and childcare, by reservation, and at an additional fee. Please check your welcome packet upon arrival for more information on these services.
There is a screened in patio in front of the house. The patio is for the exclusive use of guests of the main house, and it is not available to guests of the studio.
There is no smoking allowed indoors, however if you wish to smoke you may do so outside in the backyard.
