ABOUT THE HOME:

Living room w/ fireplace & smart TV

GUEST ACCESS:
- You will not have access to one (1) locked hall closet & locked linen closets (master bedroom).
- The garage is NOT included.

SLEEPS 15:
Master bedroom: King bed, sofa bed, rollaway bed (sleeps 5)
Bedroom 2: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, queen bed (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, twin bed (rollaway) (sleeps 3)
Living room: sofa bed (sleeps 2)

POOL:
-Pool is NOT heated.
-Please do not remove the pool vacuum (it is a very expensive item & helps to keep the pool clean during your stay).
-Please do not touch the pool filter equipment.
-Pool service is every Monday & Friday. Do not interfere with the pool technician.

SPA:
- The spa can be heated for $100 per day (2 day minimum) with certain rules for heating.
- The heating schedule each day is 5pm-11pm.

DOG FRIENDLY:
- 2 dogs MAX.
- $150 pet fee per dog. See additional rules.
- No cats allowed— severe allergy.

Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner(s) and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”).
