This is an established neighborhood with close proximity to shopping, entertainment (skating rink), the courthouse, and easy access to downtown as well.
What makes this property unique
Large house with a large yard, room for multiple cars to park without having to park on a streetside. One of the bedrooms has a mini kitchen with its own fridge and coffee maker to make morning coffee just a few steps away!
