The cottage was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our girls trip! Host responded quickly to all questions prior to our trip. We loved the outdoor hot tub and the property was safe and secure. We would definitely rent again!

Host was very accessible. Cabin is indeed cozy and just a short drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. The heated pool, oversized hot tub and game room are just a few steps away. We had a lovely time!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Nice proximity to the pool area, which was very clean and had plenty of shaded areas. The house was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated having the kitchen with all of the utensils we needed and made many meals at the house during our stay in Wells. Would definitely stay at this location again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this pristine two-bedroom cottage in Wells. With the addition of the porch there was more than enough room to relax and very comfortable beds with quality bedding. The kitchen was compact but most suffient & was stocked with everything we needed and surprisingly even coffee, sugar and some extras! The owner covered all bases with some fun family games, too.The rooms were all very lovely with nautical themes throughout. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely little cottage. It was perfect for the 3 of us. There is an extra bed on the 3 season porch. Kitchen has basics. The AC was important since we were there in the heat wave. We would stay here again.

This cottage was just PERFECT for my brother and me! Location is great (only a couple miles to the beach) with lots of choices for restaurants and the grocery store was close for getting items we needed for when we would “cook at home.” Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and, with the sunroom, it made the place feel so much bigger. The neighbors were the clincher - super friendly and made us feel right at home. I will definitely try to get this cottage again next time I’m traveling “back home” to Maine! PS - the owners were great - quick to respond to questions and welcoming to their home!

James was an amazing host! He was very accessible throughout and was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early. I made him aware of a couple maintenance issues upon arrival.Overall. we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the individual AC units for each room. The pool was great, and I appreciated the fact that it was a secure gated community.It’s a cute, cozy cottage- great for a couple
