This 2-bedroom one bath house is perfect for your escape to the warmth, Sunshine, and the cute little town of Ellenton. Inside, guests find one queen bed , one full, and a Futon twin bed, offering plenty of space to relax. The house features 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, making mornings easy for everyone. Whether you want to unwind on your private waterfront deck, or stay comfortable, the heating and AC keep the atmosphere just right. A hair dryer/ Iron/ Washer and Dryer are also available for your convenience. This wonderful home invites guests to enjoy a peaceful and enchanting stay. Our home is centrally located near the Tampa and Sarasota airports, and the world renowned St. Pete and Siesta Key beaches. Restaurants are plentiful whether you like seafood, Steak, Thai, Japan, we have it all. There's also a pontoon that charters for you group right outside your back door/deck. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

our stay at the house was excellent. great location for a concert we went to in Bradenton, and loved sitting on the deck both mornings and watching the sunrise over the bridge with a cup of coffee.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and exceptional!! The host was kind, hospitable, had good communication with us, and offered every single freedom of the amenities available!! We appreciated that we had the autonomy to enjoy our stay, while still being respectful to his rules and expectations. The pontoon experience with Eric was a huge hit with our crew! We enjoyed every moment, from sunrise to sunset!! Great fishing, kayaking, accessible for all delivery services, uber, doordash etc. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and being able to cook whe we wanted and make our own drinks, however, we did not joy the convenience to the convention center, whiskey joes, and being able to uber anywhere we were interested in. I travel frequently and this booking was one of the best I’ve ever experienced!! Kudos to Glenn to being an exceptional host!!!
