Large private patio perfect for entertaining, mornings you will enjoy coffee birdsong a book of choice from the library! Open floor plan, Fenced patio Off-street parking. Permit #STR 0763 Cottage and grounds above fenced deck, plenty of parking. Outdoor seating. You're welcome to smoke out on the deck. Property manager at your assistance. Very old neighborhood with many century-old dwellings, lots of mature trees, Cheyenne Creek just one block east. Walk thru back gate to Stratton Open Space with miles of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. Ten minutes from downtown and freeway. Close to downtown, Broadmoor Hotel, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo.
