Very cozy little home to come back to after our adventures in Colorado Springs! Zeona was great at communicating and suggesting local areas to check out in town. Neighborhood was nice aswell.
Really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and centrally located with all the attractions we wanted to visit just minutes away. Our host Zeona was very responsive to any questions and even recommended some good local restaurants. We highly recommend this for a couple or a small family that are budget minded but want a nice place to stay while visiting Colorado Spring.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
The check-in process was fine, but upon arrival, I found some things that definitely should’ve been addressed. The lights flickered sometimes wouldn’t work in the kitchen and especially in the main bedrooms closet. That was kind of scary There was no mirror in the bathroom that was usable. It was 1 feet up above your head. It was kind of hard to get a hold of them when wanting to ask a question all in all it was OK but will not return.
Cozy bungalow with beautiful upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom. Property was close to downtown, and all the beautiful attractions The Springs has to offer. Old town, garden of the gods, pikes peak, and more are within a short drive. Host was awesome. Our short getaway was exactly what we needed and the property and host made it easy.
We were only at the house for a short time, so I can’t really comment on the family games or other amenities. However, we did have some concerns about the basement “bedroom.” It didn’t seem to have a proper emergency exit, as the small windows were partially obstructed by dirt outside. The room also had a noticeable musty or mold-like smell, which unfortunately triggered my son’s asthma. While looking around, we saw a few mouse traps and noticed what appeared to be a utility area with a dirt floor, which might have contributed to the odor.Because of these issues, we decided it was best for our family not to stay. We hope this feedback is helpful for the owners to address these concerns for future guests.
Great home base for our Colorado Springs adventure
The house was perfect for me and two grandchildren; they slept in the basement bedroom and enjoyed having their own space. There were a couple of warmer days but we were comfortable with the fans and cooler. Nice kitchen for those times we wanted to stay in for meals. Very clean property and responsive host.
