The house was very clean and ready for us upon arrival. We had an issue with the patio TV not working. We contacted the property management company who did come try to fix it but it still did not work. I had to reach out to them again and they said they were waiting on approval for a new tv from the owner which I guess was never approved the whole 5 nights we were there. They did issue a partial refund but it will still a little disappointing. The two queen beds were a little firm for our liking. Otherwise, the house had all the essentials.

That's not the seamless experience we aim for, and we're glad a partial refund could help, even if it didn't fully make up for the inconvenience. We're happy to share that a brand-new TV was installed on May 30th, so future guests can enjoy that patio space to the fullest. We also hear you on the queen beds.
