This spacious home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in West Monroe. With plenty of room for parking in the private drive and an easy self check-in, You will enjoy the home immediately upon arrival. A foyer welcomes you into a newly remodeled home designed for families and groups.

A fully functional kitchen with a gas range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, drinking glasses, coffee cups, pots and pans make it easy to enjoy time in the kitchen with friends and loved ones.

The house has 2 tables for enjoying meals, one in the dining room and one in the breakfast nook.

A large living room with a sectional couch makes room for comfortably watching a movie or the game on the 75” tv with a sound bar. The foosball table and the arcade game which includes Ms PacMan is fun for kids and the kid at heart.

The covered back patio is a great place to spend time outside in the fenced backyard. A charcoal grill awaits the grill master of your group.

The secluded primary bedroom with an en-suite bath provides a private retreat. The bathroom includes a large soaking tub, stand alone shower, and a large, full length wall mirror. The bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet and a coffee station.

A second bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bed and a desk with its own bathroom.

The third and fourth bedrooms contain queen beds and shares the hall bath.

A full laundry room is available complete with washer and dryer.

For your comfort, the house contains a 50 gallon water heater and 2 thermostats for central heat and air.
