Grundsätzlich gut. Einiges sollte in der Wohnung gemacht werden! Im 3. Zimmer neue Matrazen und 1 neuer Lattenrost. Die TV Anlage hat nicht funktioniert und müsste von einem Fachmann geprüft werden.
Sonst sehr gut. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und sehr ruhig gelegen.

Besser gehts nicht
Eine Ferienwohnung wie aus dem Bilderbuch: tolle, absolut ruhige Lage, sauber, ordentlich und wirklich so vollständig ausgestattet, dass kein Wunsch mehr offen bleibt. Ausgesprochen freundliche und charmante Vermieter, denen man anmerkt, dass sie wirklich Spaß am Vermieten haben. Zusätzlich zur Wohnung gibt es noch einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Tischkicker, Spielen und einer Riesenauswahl an Reiseführern, Wanderführern, Karten, Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps und und und. Komplettiert wird das ganze durch einen kleinen, ruhigen Garten, der zur Wohnung gehört, sowie durch einen über dem Haus am Hang liegenden Grundstücksteil mit reicher Auswahl an bequemen Liegestühlen und mit spektakulärer Panoramasicht über den Lago. Und nicht zu vergessen: der morgendliche Brötchenservice. Sehr erleichternd, denn zum nächsten Laden ist es recht weit...
Fazit: Obwohl wir schon viele Ferienwohnungen in vielen Regionen Europas und in vielen Preisklassen kennengelernt haben: hier war es am besten!

Ja, genau an diesem Ort sind wir zuhause.
Wir sind sehr glücklich und dankbar, dürfen wir uns jeden Tag an diesem wunderbaren Fleckchen Erde wohlfühlen und geniessen und auch unsere Gäste daran teilhaben lassen.
Je nach Bedürfnis bleiben natürlich immer wieder Wünsche offen.... umso mehr freut es uns, dass bei vielen unserer Gäste Lücken in der Infrastruktur ( z. b. Geschirrspülmaschine, Schwimmbad ) nicht als solche wahrgenommen werden, wir streben keinen Perfektionismus an, aber rundumwohlfühlen- da bleiben wir weiterhin für Sie dran. außergewöhnliches Ferienerlebnis
abgesehen von der traumhaften Landschaft und des wunderbaren Wetters war in diesem Jahr die Ferienwohnung "Casa Esmeralda" das beste, was wir bis dato geboten bekommen haben: groß, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ALLES war vorhanden! Es ist auch das ersta Mal, dass wir bei der Bewertung einer Wohnung ohne " war super, aber..." auskommen müssen.
Nicht zu vergessen die ausgesprochen sympathischen Vermieter, die unseren Besuch unvergessen machen werden.
Danke an dieser Stelle noch einmal.
