Mayorazgo - Family-friendly chalet with large private pool Casa Beatriz is a nice, simple and comfortable house with a private pool set within the natural pine forests close to Conil. It sleeps up to 6 people and briefly comprises of a light and bright living/dining room with comfy sofas, a well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one double, a twin and the third with bunk beds) and has a bathroom with shower. Their is a further bathroom in the pool area. There is internet access by optical fiber. Doors lead out from the living room onto a covered furnished patio area witha built-in BBQ which is ideal for dining outside in the Spanish evening sunshine. From here you can sit and look across the well mancured garden and pool.
VTAR/CA/01144 Casa Beatriz is set on the edge of an extensive pine forest in a quiet, sparsely populated rural location in the Mayorazgo area just outside Conil. Several superb beaches as well as the historic centre of Conil are only a 5 minute drive away. As you enter Conil you will find a large variety of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. A short drive towards the fishing port will take you to to the sandy coves near the lighthouse of Conil.

Einfach toll

Das Haus ist schön, groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte wirklich alles, was man brauchte. Das Grundstück drum herum fanden wir toll: ein kleiner Wald. Und der Pool ist das Sahnehäubchen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Valoración

La estancia ha sido muy agradable pero estaba todo muy sucio. El horno y algunos platos tenían rastros de comida, en el dormitorio principal había una braga de los anteriores inquilinos, al parecer no revisaron bien la casa los/las de la limpieza. No hay aire acondicionado y eso hizo que la estancia por las noches fuera un tanto desagradable, ademas solo había un ventilador que estaba estropeado. Llamamos a la inmobiliaria y lo solucionaron de la misma trayendo 2 al día siguiente, pero aun así no era suficiente ya que eran 3 habitaciones y solo 2 ventiladores. Hace falta un aire acondicionado en la casa. La ubicación es muy buena, esta a 5 minutos en coche del centro de conil. La piscina esta bien ya que da sol casi todo el día, empieza a dar la sombra sobre las 19:00h. Repetiremos 👍🏽

La estancia fue estupenda, la casa es cómoda y el jardín maravilloso. El único problema es que está bastante descuidado y todo lleno de hoja de pino seca, lo que puede ser un peligro si cae alguna chispa. Imposble usar las barbacoas por el riesgo de eincendio. EL jardín necesita una buena limpieza. Ese es el único motivo por el que no le pongo cinco estrellas
