In the Hochkönig hiking and skiing area

The cozy apartments on the ground floor apartment 'Aberg' of a well-kept apartment building are located on a sunny, quiet hillside at about 900 m above sea level.

Our apartment "Aberg" (57m²) consists of:

1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm
1 small room with 1 bunk bed 90 x 200 cm (2x)
1 kitchen-cum-living room with sofa and pull-out couch 140 x 200 cm
1 bathroom with shower and WC
1 toilet
terrace

Additional costs:

The final cleaning and handover costs 65 euros is carried out without exception by the caretaker and is to be paid directly to the caretaker.

From adults or Young people from the age of 15 The municipality of Maria Alm charges an overnight tax of EUR 2.05 per person per night, which must be paid in addition by the landlord.

In our apartments you can bring your own bed linen and towels or borrow them from the caretaker.

These services are offered by the caretaker in addition to the following conditions:

* Bed linen per bed: 15 euros
* Towel set (1 small and 1 large towel) each: 5 euros
* Cot (upon availability - please reserve): 15 euros
* Bowling alley (register with the Hausmeiser): 10 euros per hour
* Bread service after consultation with the caretaker

The use of the swimming pool and sauna is free of charge. The swimming pool is from 05. November to 10 Closed December.

Other important information

The Hochkönigcard is only provided by post. In order to guarantee delivery of the Hochkönigcard by post, a booking lead time of 3 days + postal delivery time is mandatory.




Haus Anderl is right next to the ski slope with access to all 33 lift systems from 'Hochkönigs Winterreich'! You can put on your skis next to the parking lot. At the end of your day of skiing you drive from the piste directly to the front door.
In summer you can start beautiful hikes directly from the house. The "Schwarzeckalm" cable car and the Sinalco cable car can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The Schwarzeckalmbahn is also in operation in summer.
With us every guest receives the Hochkönig Card for the time of their stay. A gift with added value, because you can enjoy many discounts and free holiday offers in the Hochkönig region until the day of departure. The Hochkönig Card includes free use of the summer mountain railways incl. Bike transport, the hiking bus, the Pinzgau mobility card, the Natrun adventure mountain, the summer toboggan run, outdoor pools, tennis courts, museums and much more are included. (The card can only be issued if the booking is made at least 4 working days before arrival, as the card will be sent by post beforehand.)
The apartments have been renovated in recent years and have exclusive furnishings. The sun terrace of the 'Aberg' apartment is ideal for barbecues in the summer. A large indoor swimming pool, sauna with relaxation room, automatic bowling alley, table tennis room and elevator in the house offer comfort and relaxation.
The Hintermoos ski station with the Schwarzeckalm lift and the "Sinalcobahn" gondola lift to Hochmais as a feeder to the 33 Hochkönigs Winterreich ski area with 33 cable cars and lifts and 150 km of slopes is only approx. 300m from the house. Right next to the house is also a children's ski school with its own practice lift (seasonal). A few minutes' walk from the house there are some neat and cozy restaurants. Of course you can book ski school courses for all ages and abilities and rent your ski equipment at every valley station. In the basement of the "Anderl" house you will find a ski cellar that can also be used as a bicycle cellar in summer.
In summer you will experience an idyllic and magical hiking area with lush green meadows and clear mountain streams - where nature is still pure and unadulterated. A place to relax and unwind. There is no limit to the 'wanderlust' in the Pinzgauer and Pongauer Grasberge. Countless marked and well-kept hiking trails lead from the valley up to the pastures and ridges of this diverse tourism and hiking region. In addition, the bizarre, gigantic mountain blocks from the Hochkönig massif and the Stone Sea. Let yourself be fascinated by these breathtaking views. The stay in nature increases the mood, it is easier to relax. Combine your hike with a stop at the 'hut of your choice'. Various hiking maps and hut guides are in the apartment. Consume the tasty regional products of the Pinzgau cuisine, products that are produced and processed sustainably, i.e. in harmony with nature.
With its location at the foot of the Hundstein (2117m), the apartment house Anderl also offers an ideal starting point for extensive and demanding mountain bike tours. The Hundstein MTB route is one of the highest and most interesting trails in the Alpine region.

In Maria Alm there is the "Natrun" adventure mountain with numerous attractions for the whole family, such as a forest slide park (5 slides with a length of 25m-55m), one of the most beautiful archery courses in Europe, various forest rope courses (from children's tree trails to exercise courses and easy) - Parcours up to panorama parcours and adrenaline parcours), a flow trail for mountain bikers and various nature trails.
