Nestled on 12 private acres surrounded by 300 more of untouched neighborly woodlands, this historic McDowell apartment blends charm with endless adventure. Your space includes a bedroom with a queen and bunk bed, plus a living room with another bunk and a sofa bed. The bathroom features a tiled shower, heater, towel warmer, and auto fixtures.

The highlight is the private clubhouse: a shared 600sqft space with a full gym and a game room packed with a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, basketball, stereo, and arcade consoles loaded with 70+ games. Explore the property’s year-round stream for relaxation or a cool swim, and watch for deer, bear, and bobcats.

For supplies and dining, the charming town of Monterey is just a 7-minute drive away, offering restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and local shops.

There is no cell service. We provide 300 MB internet—please enable Wi-Fi calling on your phone before arrival.

No food and drink on any of the gaming and gym equipment

Must supply your own fire wood or pull it from the woods. Please leave our person firewood stacks left for my families private use when we visit.

Shed,power sports,lawn mower,tractor,shipping container and sawmill shed are for private use and not for guests.

This was such a great spot. The pictures do not do it justice. Perfect location for maple festival weekend in between Monterey and McDowell. The game room was so much fun for our late teen/early twenties kids. The swimming hole is beautiful, we would love to come back in the summer!
