An updated historical home 15 miles from the airport that is a perfect hub for your vacation with a Sound Transit Link light rail stop and multiple bus routes nearby. Air conditioning and fast internet to work from home. Close to Judkins Park and walking distance to bars and restaurants.
The main level has a bedroom, dining room, kitchen, living room and full bathroom. The gorgeous back deck with bbq is also on this level.
Downstairs is laundry, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, small sitting and eating area with dining room table with chairs and sofa, and full bathroom with a separate outdoor entrance.
