With two bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed, plus a living room with a sofa bed, there’s room to sleep six. Gulf view from both the kitchen window and one bedroom.The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying a quiet night in, this condo provides a welcoming atmosphere. Well equipped kitchen for the times you don’t want to eat out at all the wonderful restaurants in the area. Located on popular West Beach, approximately 1.5 miles from the Hangout, the condo is conveniently located for all the events that the Gulf Shores area has to offer throughout the year. Being the second condo from the Gulf side of the complex, we are only a few steps to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf of America! We look forward to hosting you at our place!

There are no elevators, you will have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the unit.

Assigned parking under the unit, room for two smaller vehicles parked end to end. Oversized or lifted vehicles or those with roof racks will not fit, parking is tight (please see pictures of my truck parked in the designated spot). No boats, trailers, etc permitted. There is a shared deck at the end of the building-first come basis. The complex also has a heated pool! Located across the street from Waves store, and an ice cream shop! Per HOA rules, must be 25 to rent and the person who rents must occupy the unit during rented dates. No smoking on property, except in designated smoking area by the dumpster. Please message host if you are looking for same day booking-there are times we are able to accommodate! Don’t worry if you accidentally leave something-we will send it back to you for a $15 fee plus actual shipping cost!
