This home is strictly smoke-free and smoke odor-free. There is no smoking allowed.
To maintain our air quality standards and to protect ourselves and other guests with sensitivities, we cannot host anyone who may bring smoke odor into the home, even if the smoking occurs off-site.

Special considerations for families with children: We want to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all of our guests. Please note that our home is not set up for young children. There are steep staircases without safety gates, our fireplace does not have a barrier and its glass door surface gets very hot, there is no child-proofing for electrical outlets, and the home contains fragile and valuable items that are not child-safe. We advise against booking with toddlers or young children unless they are under constant, strict adult supervision, as we cannot provide childproofing equipment. We expect guests to take full responsibility for supervising children at all times to prevent accidents. If you're comfortable managing this risk with your little ones, we'd love to host you!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels, wash clothes, and dishcloths in a pile in bathtub. Place trash bags & recyclables in the outside containers located in back of the house near the shed.
Dishes: please rinse and place dishes in the dishwasher, add a detergent pod, and start before leaving.
Please ensure all lights and fans are off, and all windows are closed and locked and both exterior doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
