ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Desert Falls is a gated golf community. Lower-level properties feature a patio, while upper-level condos have a spacious balcony. There is a central clubhouse with dining and lounge.



An excellent, par 72 golf course is open to the public, although members do have tee time priority. A full-service tennis programme is also available as well as the fitness centre. Desert Falls is a semi-private golf community. The HOA includes tennis and pickleball courts, the fitness centre and access to the clubhouse, bar and grill, which are transferable to the guests.



Guest Access:

Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbour Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, area policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.

Getting Around:

Palm Desert places you at the centre of the valley — close enough to El Paseo's restaurants and galleries (under 10 minutes by car), convenient to the casinos, and connected to the hiking and cycling that make the desert worth visiting beyond the golf course. Indian Wells and Rancho Mirage are both within 15 minutes.

Guests must follow all community rules, including parking only in designated areas, observing posted speed limits and quiet hours, properly disposing of trash, keeping pets leashed, and using pools, spas, fitness facilities, and other community amenities respectfully.



Guests are responsible for everyone in their party and for any fines or charges incurred during their stay."



Interaction with Guests:

To comply with City of Palm Desert holiday rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.
