With two bedrooms, one featuring a king bed and one with two twin beds, plus a living room with a comfy sofa bed, guests have plenty of room to unwind. The two bathrooms include showers and handy hair dryers for added convenience. Whether you’re cooling off or warming up, the condo’s air conditioning and heating keep the atmosphere just right. Unit was completely renovated in 2025 and includes fully equipped kitchen (as well as outdoor grills and picnic area), washer and dryer in unit, screened balcony to enjoy panoramic gulf views. Beautifully updated living spaces with sofa bed allows unit to welcome six people comfortably.

Condo is located on second floor with elevator. Parking for one underneath unit, and one additional spot available. Additional amenities include boardwalk to beach, heated pool and whirlpool, beach loungers and towels, tennis courts, and complimentary bikes.
