We were a bit hesitant at first to book a property without multiple reviews, however we were very honored to be their first guests. Victor's communication went above and beyond and their home was exactly as described with things laid out in a clear understandable way. Having a sharp knife and some plastic containers for leftovers is something that has been missing in many past rentals, not here, everything we needed was in the drawers. Also, we had a very special personalized welcome that was greatly appreciated. We watched and listened to many birds on the golf course side from the deck which made it very pleasant. Watching the groups of golfers quietly going by was also fun and the nice pool was close!We would book here again in a heartbeat-the shopping and restaurants within walking distance is also a big attraction. Highly suggest this property!

Our last visit to Kona, we stayed in Keauhou - it's a great spot on the island, close to our favorite spots to get in the water. This time it was a family get together and wanted a place in the same area and this VRBO delivered perfectly. Two bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit, comfortable couches, a good pull out in the LV for my nephew, and a massive lanai where we ate many of our meals watching the spectacular sunsets. There are propane BBQs at the pool where we grilled fish bought from the farmer's market at the shopping center close by. Kitchen is well stocked and large enough for multiple people to cook. There are available useful items like coolers, some snorkel gear a well as binoculars which came in handy on our day trip to Kilauea. We enjoyed the location and our stay here.
