We would like to be clear that the ocean stairs were knocked out by heavy waves and were temporarily closed strictly for safety reasons, circumstances entirely beyond our control. Despite this, a refund was still pursued. While we respect the resolution provided, we do not believe this situation fairly reflects an issue with the property, but rather a necessary safety measure.
Guest safety will always remain our top priority, and we stand by decisions made to protect our guests. We are sorry the stay did not meet expectations and appreciate your feedback.
