Property is located in the community of Summer Salt. Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house and community pool area.

Madison, Cody & the Ball BNB team will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! Our hope is that you enjoy our little slice of paradise as much as we do while making memories with your friends and family that last a lifetime!

• Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is not heated but typically stays warm enough to swim through October and into November
• We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
• Primary renter must be age 25 or older to book per HOA requirements

Hot Tub & Gas Fire Table Guest Agreement

Assumption of Risk

• Guest acknowledges the Property includes a hot tub and gas fire table which are inherently hazardous and may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
• Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their use.

Release & Waiver of Liability

• Guest releases and waives all claims against Owner and Management Company for injury or death arising from use or misuse of the hot tub or gas fire table, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

• Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Owner and Management Company from any claims or damages arising from Guest or Guest invitees’ use of these amenities.

Hot Tub Rules & Etiquette

• Use at your own risk
• No diving or jumping
• Children must be supervised
• Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes
• No glass
• Shower before use
• Hot tub covers are for insulation only and are not designed to support weight
• DO NOT stand, sit, or lie on covers
• Replace cover after use

Gas Fire Table Rules

• Adult use only
• Decorative use only
• Use approved fuel only
• Never leave unattended
• Turn off completely after use
• Do not operate during high winds or while impaired

Damage & Fees

• Guest is responsible for damage, misuse, contamination, excessive cleaning, or repairs related to these amenities.

Acknowledgment

• By booking and occupying the Property, Guest agrees to all terms of this Addendum.
