We had a wonderful stay. We were surprised by how large it was. The beds were very comfortable, it was so nice to have two bathrooms and a well equiped kitchen. It was a perfect stay.

House was clean, comfortable, quiet, safe, and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We meal planned and brought all of our food so we used the kitchen quite a bit. Does not have a washer/drier, but that was okay for our short stay.

I checked in to find no hot water. I emailed the contact person and waited. Accidentally finding another contact person, I called and she promptly responded and told me the breaker was tripping she would call the owner. At 10pm on a freezing temps night I called her again (still no email response), as we wanted to relocate if no hot water was coming, and she didn't know anymore as she had passed it off to the owner. NEVER got hot water. NEVER heard from the owner. NEVER got emails back from the direct contact until hours after we left the next morning and I sent another email requesting a refund. I was given an "inconvenience" refund of less than half. Sadly the rest of the house was as advertised.
