Independent entrance, living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave), a double bedroom, a twin room, extra bed in one bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. Equipment: hairdryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, barbecue, private sitting area in the garden area. A bathroom is suitable for the disabled.

Not included and to be paid on site: deposit 150 €, air conditioning 13 € per day, heating 5 € / mc, washing machine use 7 €. Pets allowed 25 €. Tourist tax 2.50 € / person per day for a maximum of 6 days, free children under 12 years. Breakfast surcharge 8-12 €.

The farmhouse and these beautiful apartments, which have been recently renovated, are in a very quiet location, just 10 km from Volterra and 20 km from San Gimignano. The resort consists of two cottages that preserve the original architecture, with stone walls, vaulted ceilings or beamed ceilings, and they are surrounded by its huge olive grove.

There is a salt water swimming pool (12x5 mt, open from the end of April to October), barbecue, washing machine, gazebos, olive oil tasting and parking. From every point of the property there is a breathtaking view over the countryside and Volterra. The nearest restaurant is 3 km away and the grocery store is 5 km away.
The location is very central and most art cities like Florence, Siena and Pisa are all at 60 km; Lucca is 70 km away.
The property consists of 6 apartments, each with its own terrace and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome.

In the main building there is an apartment for 2-3 people and the breakfast room on the ground floor. The owner lives on the first floor. The other house is in front of the swimming pool and has 5 apartments.
