Escape to this delightful home in Port Richey, Florida. Port Richey is a quaint city located north of Tampa. It is known for its waterfront access to the Gulf of America. This mid-century ranch home was recently renovated with many modern touches. It is clean and inviting. We offer a full kitchen featuring dishes and cooking utensils for nights-in. We also offer free WiFi and off-street parking for our guests. Simple touches like toiletries, towels, a hair dryer, an iPhone charger, and an iron makes packing light as a breeze. There is a neighborhood park, library, movie theatre, grocery store, shops, and restaurants just minutes away. This home would be ideal for remote workers, vacationers, seasonal guests, and locals looking for a short-term rentals. Our guests have raved about picnics, and walks on white sand at Green Key Beach (the sunsets are stunning), Hudson Beach which hugs the coast, and nights out in downtown New Port Richey just to name a few! Each are less than 15 minutes away. Guests have also enjoyed experiencing Greek culture and the sponge docks at Tarpon Springs which is about 20 minutes away. There are a variety of outdoor and indoor activities available locally that are less than 30 minutes away. Other beaches and Tampa are about 45 minutes away. Port Richey is remarkably close to the Gulf of America and its many watering holes but it is not exactly a beach town. There are quaint restaurants and shops nearby as well aa everything you would expect from a suburban community. The area is popular amongst vacationers and long-term seasonal residents.
