I booked and realized i had to adjust the schedule. I reached out the next day and asked how to adjust the reservation. I was given the wrong information. I had to tell them what VRBO was telling me. The host confirmed the change and only then did they tell me that I would only get a 50% refund for the days I cancelled. I hoped this would be the worst but it got much worse. The unit is the second floor of a two family home and the downstairs neighbors make noise from 7am to 10/11pm. The description of the unit made sure to point out that you had to respect the neighbors but I guess the neighbors didn’t get the same speech. The screaming, the running the banging. At the end even my kids were complaining about it! The communication was lacking as well. The first night I couldn’t get on the internet and messaged them at about 5pm. Three hours later I got an automated response welcoming me to the unit and encouraging me to reach out with any issues. Funny since I already had and still hadn’t gotten a response. I couldn’t wait to leave this morning. I would not recommend unless you don’t plan on actually being there. Any good points of this unit were over shadowed.
