Relax and unwind at this cozy ranch home steps away from the lake in Clear Lake-just minutes from State Beach, boat ramp,park, restaurants and golf course! Walk or bike to all the local favorites-then unwind at home with spaceto relax and recharge. Perfect for families or small groups with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry and sauna in the lower level, and a peaceful deck with a glimpse of the lake! Large driveway to accommodate boat trailer + vehicle(s).
Main level features 2 generous-sized bedrooms and full bath, dining area, full kitchen and living room with sectional + chair and fireplace. Lower level is semi-finished with additional queen bed, living room set w/ TV, laundry & half bath. Two single cots available for use as well as a pack-n-play. Large yard!
Available for use: Three beach chairs, various life jackets and floaties, 2 adult + 2 kids bikes, kids scooter, bag chairs, kids indoor + outdoor toys, games/cards, paddleboard, sand toys, fishing & ice fishing poles/accessories, cornhole game, and grill.
No smoking and no pets allowed. Quiet neighborhood, please be courteous of neighbors.
