Main level features 2 generous-sized bedrooms and full bath, dining area, full kitchen and living room with sectional + chair and cozy fireplace. Lower level is semi-finished with additional queen bed, living room set w/ TV, laundry, half bath and sauna. Two single cots available for use as well as a pack-n-play. Large yard!

Available for use: Beach chairs, various life jackets and floaties, sand toys, water table, stroller, two adult bikes + two kids bikes, kids scooter, bag chairs, kids indoor + outdoor toys, various games/puzzles/playing cards, kayak, fishing & ice fishing poles/accessories, yard games, and grill.

Also in the home: high chair, toddler jumper, pack & play.

Closest nearby attractions include State Beach, Pine Tree Park, Oak Hills golf course, Lakehouse Market, Lakeside Landing Kitchen & Bar, Rumorz Bar & Grill.

The house was perfectly clean, nicely updated and had everything you'd need. It was very comfortable in the living room and bedrooms and located in a quiet neighborhood; very close to town. We didn't use the basement but it is partially finished with another bathroom, laundry room, TV room and adjoining bedroom area. The front porch has a nice "peek a view" of the lake. It was unusual to have a garage for parking and the only issue was we had a hard time with the code not always working. It's a great house and we would definitely recommend it.

Clean, Cozy and the perfect place for a little Rest and Relaxation. Lake it Easy is exactly what it was. Booked this for my wife and I for our Anniversary and an early Birthday celebration. We were supposed to have some friends join us but they were unable to attend. There would have been plenty of space (for 4 more people). Jen (the host) was great to work with, we didn’t have any issues Easy access to the lake. Neighbors were friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We hope to be back.
