The Space:

The first floor has a primary suite with a king bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and door to the outdoor patio. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a full bed and access to a shared bathroom. The basement level also has 2 twin beds for variety in sleeping arrangements.



Guest Access:

The house is dedicated to guests. They have full access to house and yard.



The Neighborhood:

This house is between the airport and Fresh Pond. There are no immediate neighbors, but it is located on a central road.



Getting Around:

This house is located centrally on the Island. New Harbor is 1.3 miles and Old Harbor is 2 miles. A car is highly recommended for this property, but a bike and taxi rides can suffice as it is all paved roads to and from this house.



Other Things to Note:

All linens, bath towels, and toiletry basics are provided. There are beach chairs and towels available for the number of people that the unit accommodates.
