Pets are welcome in the family-friendly property. The Baltic Sea is only 180 meters away. The attractive domicile is suitable for up to 5 people. The floor covering is laid with laminate. The chic living / dining area with a comfortable sofa, dining table, showcase, flat screen TV, music system, WiFi is free of charge. The kitchen integrated in the living room is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes, etc. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and a wardrobe. The further bedroom offers 3 sleeping places with double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), an additional fold-out single reserve bed and children's play table. A well-kept shower bath is available. We recommend the assignment with max. 4 people. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Pets are allowed for a fee of 5.00 euros per day). You can park your car free of charge at the house. Shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Gute Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hätte eine 1 verdient die Lage ist super und ruhig. Es ist nur schade das die Wohnung nicht sauber war, die Fenster waren nicht sauber die hat wohl ein Hund abgeschleckt, in der Dusche gab es Schimmel an den Silikonfugen, die Küche lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, der Boden war auch nicht sauber Haare und viel Sand. Dennoch ist diese Wohnung zu empfehlen die unsauberheit hat die Wohnung nicht verdient Sauberkeit geht bei weitem besser. Der Urlaub war trotzdem toll.

Pfui Teufel! Völlig verdreckt, Dusche vergammelt und schimmelig. Geschirr klebrig.

Die Wohnung war verdreckt! Unter dem Bett eine Aufzucht von Wollmäusen. Das zweite Zimmer war eine Rumpelkammer. Reinigungsutensilien standen im Schlafzimmer rum. Geschirr war klebrig und nicht sauber. Eine gründliche Reinigung hat die Wohnung ewig nicht erlebt. Die Duschtrennwand ist verrostet, verdreckt und der Abfluss ist widerlich! Warmwasser ist manchmal vorhanden. Dieser Zustand muss schon lange so sein, man muss nur ins Gästebuch schauen!!! Scheint niemanden zu interessieren. Bei einem 4-Tage-Aufenthalt wurde uns eine Nachreinigung angeboten. Das passt nicht - wir wollten uns erholen! Positives: Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist gut und größtenteils nett möbliert. Man versprach uns eine Regelung, aber wir haben nichts mehr gehört. Hallo FeWo-direkt-Team: Nehmt die Wohnung aus dem Angebot!!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die vorangegangen, schlechten Bewertungen der Wohnung nicht verstehen. Die Wohnung war sauber, hatte eine tolle Lage und auch sonst war alles super. Wir kommen gern wieder im nächsten Herbsturlaub.

Wohnung war verdreckt!!! Obwohl sie am 04.09. von der Hausdame abgenommen wurde!!! Selten Warmwasser! Schimmel im Abfalleimer!! Duschrand innen und außen verdreckt. Habe Fotos gemacht.. Das alles war eine Zumutung, vor allem auch mit dem Wasser, war dem BAIS seit Mitte August bekannt!!

FeWo ungereinigt

Wir haben die FeWo in einem nicht wirklich sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Die letzte Reinigung war laut Erfassung schon zwei Monate her . Somit war die Wohnung sehr staubig und mit Spinnennetzen bestückt . 😕
