Leider ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Überall waren lange schwarze Haare, schimmelige Fugen im Bad, klebriges Geschirr im Schrank, die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen. Die Kissen und Bettdecken verschmutzt. Einige Möbel weisen Beschädigungen auf. Wir haben den Urlaub abgebrochen und sind 3 Tage früher nach Hause gefahren. Unsere Reklamation, direkt nach der Anreise, wurde nach 4 Tagen beantwortet, ohne entgegenkommen. Wir können dieses Apartment leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hallo Frau Bornhoeft, Ihren persönlichen Ärger sollten Sie nicht in Übertreibungen von nach Ihrer Auffassung vorhandenen Mängeln ausarten. Unser Dienstleister Rujana GmbH hatte Ihnen eine zweite Reinigung vor Betreten der Wohnung angeboten welche Sie ablehnten und konnte von Ihnen aufgeführte Mängel zum Teil auch nicht bestätigen. Wenn das Ihre Masche sein soll um nachträglich noch Preisminderungen zu erreichen, dann gab es von unserem Dienstleister Rujana GmbH die richtige Abfuhr. Richtig ist, dass bis zu Ihrer Anreise verzögernde Tiefbauarbeiten in der Strasse die Außenreinigung erschwerte.

Für uns der perfekte Urlaub ! Schöne Ferienwohnung, fussläufig alles erreichbar. Wetter : sonnig, nicht zu heiß. Obwohl Hauptsaison hat man nicht das Gefühl gehabt, dass Binz überlaufen ist.

Wohnung ganz gut, aber Strandkorb ne Katastrophe

Wegen des Strandkorbs, den einige der Vormieter als abseits vom Trubel beschrieben hatten, hatten wir uns für diese ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Strand liegende Wohnung entschieden. Doch die Agentur wusste nichts von einem Strandkorb und so gab es am Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes einige Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten... Am Ende entpuppte sich nicht der Strandkorb mit der Aufschrift "Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg Whg. 2" als der unsrige, sondern ein sichtlich in die Jahre gekommener, versiffter Strandkorb, der fast auseinander fiel, den man nicht abschließen konnte und der zu allem Überfluss am FKK-Strand platziert war - das war echt alles andere als das, was wir uns für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind vorgestellt hatten...! Die Wohnung selbst liegt etwas abseits, auf einem Berg gelegen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.

Hallo Frau Worlitzsch, der Strandkorb wurde als Fremdleistung zu gemietet und hat mit der Qualität der Wohnung nichts gemein. Mängel am Strandkorb konnten Sie jederzeit dem lokalen Strandkorbvermieter vortragen, was Sie wohl nicht getan hatten und sich dann über dieses Portal derart abwertend über die Wohnung zu äußern hat wenig mit Seriosität und Sachlichkeit zu tun.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche bei fantastischem Wetter. Die Ferienwohnung ist ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Strandkorb liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel, was zum Entspannen perfekt ist. Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Smart-TV, über den wir Netflix gucken konnten. Wir haben die Woche genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschöne, geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung

Die Betreuung durch den Hausservice lief von Beginn an reibungslos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und maritim eingerichtet und bot nach einem langen Tag in Binz und Umgebung ein gemütliches Flair innen und sowohl auf der Terrasse, zur Entspannung. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich große, moderne Fernseher, das Bad ist mit ebenerdiger Dusche neu saniert worden. Ein großer Vorteil im sehr gut besuchten Binz war der zur Wohnung gehörende Strandkorb, in dennoch beruhigter Seelage mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern jeder Zeit wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, Insel Rügen ist immer eine Reise wert, toll!

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht, für das Geld hätte ich schon wenigstens erwartet, dass die Kissenhüllen im Wohnzimmer sauber sind bei Ankunft. Das gleiche gilt für die Decken die in der Schublade im Schlafzimmerschrank verstaut waren. Hier war an einer Decke ziemlich eindeutig Flecken von den Vorgängern zu finden.
