Welcome to Toes in the Sand! A NEW LISTING in 2026!
WEEKLY MINIMUM STAYS June through August. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Enjoy a relaxing stay in this updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage in the Villas ideal for single families, couples or a girl's getaway. A short 7 min walk or 2 minute bike ride to the Delaware Bay, home of the best sunsets! Conveniently located between Wildwood and Cape May and close to several wineries and breweries. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, banquette seating in the dining area that doubles as additional storage, a laundry room with full sized front load washer and dryer and a comfortable living space with a large sectional and Roku TV. The Master Bedroom includes a Queen sized bed, walk in closet, Roku TV, desk and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A sliding door off the Master provides access to the private, fenced in backyard with patio seating, a Weber propane grill, and a Trex deck; the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax with dinner and drinks after a long day at the beach! The second bedroom features a twin over double bunk as well as an additional twin bed and Roku TV. The second full bathroom also has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have dispensers which include Dove shampoo, Dove conditioner and Olay body wash. In addition to central A/C, ceiling fans are located in the kitchen, living space, and both bedrooms. Off street parking in the driveway will accommodate 2 standard sized vehicles. Experience all that the bayside has to offer and book your stay at Toes in the Sand, a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience!
