Light-flooded villa close to the sea
No parties, events or noisy meetings that can disturb neighbors are allowed. Guests with the intention to party should not book this property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate departure of guests and cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.
Just outside Ciutadella de Menorca and only 700 m from two beautiful bays with golden sand, this spacious holiday villa is located in a quiet residential area. The light-flooded holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 7 persons. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, fans and cable TV. The outdoor area with a covered balcony with a view of the surroundings, a barbecue, a pool with sun loungers and a small outdoor bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away and restaurants, bars and the sandy beaches of Sa Caleta and Santandria are a 10-minute walk away.
Parking spaces are available on the street.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
