We absolutely loved our stay! The beachfront location was perfect. The house was clean, and welcoming. Waking up to the beautiful ocean views was amazing. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Held my buddy’s bachelor here. Great spot, great location, beach is feet away and hot tub was consistently warm for 3 nights. Great area with good food and plenty of things to do. Overall fantastic spot!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, right on the beach (you can’t beat this!) and perfect for a large family vacation. The host was fantastic—very responsive, provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, and made both check-in and check-out incredibly easy. We really appreciated the complimentary beach chair and umbrella setup, along with the extra chair/umbrellas the host provided. The little kids loved having the small pool to play in after the beach! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Place was very clean. The host was very prompt with messages. Place came with beach chairs and umbrellas service, which was great! Great place to make memories and walk right out to the beach in the mornings.

Wonderful stay, literal steps from the beach. I come to the area a few times a year and have for the last 14 years. This is by far our best stay! Well stocked, beach set up provided with four chairs on top of extra comfortable chairs if needed, amazing views, comfortable beds, ample toilet paper, paper towels, baggies, etc., and great communication with the host. Thanks Stan!

Overall this property was amazing!! The beach and view was incredible. The rooms were clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and beach toys to use as well! The only critique was that the video game system did not work and the ice machine in the refrigerator stopped working, however, Stan was very quick to respond and send someone out to try to fix the problem. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time! This was the perfect location which allowed the kids to run out to the beach at any time of the day. The hot tub/pool was ideal for chilly days on the beach. Convenient location to lots of things to do. Very clean and set up of the house and rooms was perfect for multiple families on vacation! Had games for the kids to play and really appreciated the beach towels as it was one less thing to pack! Highly recommend and confident we will be back again!

Great house. Beautiful views from all 3 levels. Plenty of room for our group of 15. Loved the beach chair and umbrella service! The beach was great and not crowded at all, even for it being spring break. The heated, private hot tub was great and the community pool was a welcome alternative. Walking distance to a coffee shop, a restaurant, a rolled ice cream shop and a souvenir shop. Would book again!

I loved the rocking chairs on the top deck. I’m an early riser so those were so relaxing in the morning. The view was breath taking. My issue were the steps leading up the beach. There were a couple of nails that need to be hammered back down. Stepping on them was quite painful and could have easily ruined my trip if I would have fallen. Otherwise it was great! Stan was great!!

The host was very accommodating when the gate code for the pool was incorrect. The gulf view was amazing and access to the beach. The community pool was very close and nice. Was disappointed in the pool onsite thought it would be bigger than it was. Overall our stay was perfect location was great.
