A Cozy Eco Villa by the Sea

Guests are invited to stay on the entire first floor of the villa, which is accessible by a separate entrance.
There are 4 bedrooms, each with double beds, and 2 bathrooms on approx. 150 square meters, followed by an open, spacious kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a beautiful garden. We provide two hotel safes in the major bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including: a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Although breakfast is not provided, you are welcome to enjoy coffee and tea from the kitchen throughout your stay.
The living room has two single sofas and a TV. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. A baby cot and two extra beds are available, if needed.
We invite you to relax in our beautiful large garden complete with sun loungers and seating. There is also an outdoor bathroom (toilet, shower) and a children's playground. In the pergola you will find a sitting area, dining tables, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and wood stove.
There is also a villa side bar and whirlpool located in a separate room. Enjoy!
The beaches at the sea are accessible by foot via a rural road in about 10 minutes, in addition to natural beaches there are also beaches with sun loungers and restaurants.
As you may have already seen in the photos, our villa has solar collectors for the hot water supply and, in addition to the photovoltaic system, a wind turbine. With these technologies, we generate environmentally friendly electricity for our own electricity needs, which can also be temporarily stored in batteries. The villa mainly uses LED lighting, so the power consumption is very low. This is part of our endeavors to protect the planet and save resources.

The Greek sun not only invites you to relax, but also supplies our house with electricity and warm water. Through the nearby sea you can quickly reach the beach and our wind turbine can use the sea breeze for an environmentally friendly power supply.
