Perfect for festivals, families, and sunny weekends in the desert.



The Space:

Step into your own private resort. The 30 ft pool is perfect for laps or lounging, and the oversized spa fits 8 comfortably. Enjoy sun all day around the loungers, or gather at the 10 person outdoor dining table for dinner with a view. The secluded fire pit sits at the edge of the yard with no neighbors behind you, making it perfect for stargazing, s’mores, and long conversations under the desert sky.



Roadrunner has an open floor plan filled with natural light and set up for groups who love to entertain. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, from prep to plating. Extra linens, fast streaming on every TV, board games, and a cozy fireplace make the home stay ready. Each bedroom is designed for comfort so your whole group sleeps well and wakes up ready for more sun.

Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with shared hall bath

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with shared hall bath

Bedroom 4: Queen bed with shared hall bath



All Nest Villas homes are fitted with high-quality, fresh linens. Two additional sleeping arrangements available upon request



Please Note:

- Pets are an additional $150 per stay, 2 pets maximum. ALL pets must be approved before booking.

- The garage fits up to two cars, you will have free parking in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking available.

- The pool and spa are not heated by default. We can heat the pool for an additional $125 per night, spa heat is included in your stay. Please request pool heat 48 hours before arrival.

- The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 10, according to the city of Indio's permitting guidelines.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors.

- Ring cameras are present at the front door and actively monitored in accordance with policies.

This property is contactless check-in, you will receive the property address and the entry info 48 hours prior to arrival via our Breezeway app.
