Totally modern. Top of the line beds in all three bedrooms, quality linens, towels, and furnishings. Flat screen tv's in living room and all bedrooms. Exquisite views from every window in every room, including all bedrooms. Wireless internet access
Two bedrooms face the intercoastal, master faces the porch which overlooks the ocean. You can see the cresent in Cresent beach from the living room. The master bedroom and roomy porch have a direct oceanfront view. The dining room has views of the intercoastal and the beach. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 nice leather bar stools along the long granite topped island in the beautiful kitchen. The granite topped breakfast bar has seating for 4 as well. Stainless steel applicances and a washer dryer.

Weekly or monthly rentals from January through March. Weekly rentals available from April 1-December 31.
The complex features tennis courts, garage parking, boat parking, gated security, and a private boardwalk to the beach. The best part of all is the beach itself. Crescent Beach is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled in northeast Florida, with plenty of marine life, great waves, wide sandy shores, and a family friendly atmosphere to make you feel welcome.
The ocean views are breathtaking, and the balcony just perfect for a continental breakfast as the dolphins swim past and the birds dash along the edge of the surf.

Fishing across the street on a private dock and stunning sunset views over the inter-coastal. Tennis, pool, parking winjammer – common grill area, secure, gated access, shower for feet as you exit beach, turtle nests abound.

This was by far our best experience in any condo we have stayed at. The view of the beach was amazing. The condo was super nice and clean. Trish our host was extremely friendly and helpful if you needed anything. I would recommend this to any couple or family looking for breathtaking views and an overall 10/10 experience. We had an amazing stay, location was perfect for our family. Great place for the guys to fish across the street at the private dock, and the beach was not crowded. The condo couldn’t be any more perfect, great views and it has everything you needed for your stay. All the beds were super comfortable and we will be coming back!

The condo was so much better than the pictures portrayed. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything you would need. The furnishings were in great shape. The only drawback for us was the living room furniture. It was very nice furniture, but it was hard on old knees to get up. That's on us. We will still give serious consideration on staying there again since we go to St Augustine every year. Location was great if you're looking for quiet and fewer people on the beach. The view was awesome from the balcony as well as the front of the condo... sunrise and sunset views.

This property is fantastic! Trish is so great to work with and responds quickly to questions before the stay and when on property when needs or questions arise. The condo is well equipped and always clean. The beach is super clean, quiet (some days I was the only person out there), and family friendly. People respect each other's space when setting up on the beach. We have stayed here 2 times and look forward to future trips!

We have been comingto St Augustie for over 30 years. This by far was the best condo we have every stayed it. It had everything you would need. The viiews of the ocean were spectacular. The Condo was everything it was advertised to be. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The patio was amazing with ocean views. This condo is perfect. Clean, well kept, and right over the beach. Every room has a view of the water. You can relax on the balcony and watch the pelicans fly over. Butterflies come right up to the railing too. It’s paradise!We have stayed here twice and will be back again. The building is always clean. Elevators are quick. Parking is easy. Crescent Beach is perfect for long walks, boogie boarding, body surfing, skim boards, and biking. This section of the beach is never crowded so it’s perfect to just let kids be free.

This was a much bigger condo than we realized. The kitchen was fabulous and the condo building is quite. The beach was never over crowded which was wonderful for setting up your canopy. The only downside is there is a smaller building to the left that partially blocks your beach view to the left, but you can see straight out at the ocean, which was very nice. Condo was clean and well stocked. Pool is on the street side and the fishing pier was awesome to have. Older crowd in this building and families, very nice. Would totally stay again.

This condo was absolutely wonderful. It's our second time at this resort, but first time in this lovely room. It may have been our first, but definitely won't be our last. The kitchen has everything you need. She also had extras throughout from dish soap, laundry detergent, from all the beach amenities you'd need. The view can't be beat! The condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was perfect. There is nothing negative to say. We didn't want to leave. The only recommendation I can think of is to have a magnified makeup mirror in the bathroom. Helps those of us who have a hard time seeing. Would definitely stay here again!
