The beds and sofa were horribly uncomfortable! The living room furniture could use an update or professional cleaning. Otherwise, everything was clean and it was nice having a kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not satisfied, dirty furniture chip paint on the walls ' bathroom sink had no stopper and outdared. Not like the pictures in the advertisement so NO I will not recommend this to my friends

This property is right in the beach which is great. Since it was rented as a Brbo you can’t get in through the regular doors and we were not aware of this when we first got there. So just go through registration area every time you come in. The unit had a bad smell and we had to buy air fresheners to try and taper it. We also left the sliders open often to try and help. Our things now have that smell since we left. It was also listed that there would be shampoo, conditioner and body wash but it was all empty. We were a bit disappointed with those few things.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great experience everyone was super nice and helpful if I could give a 6/5 stars I would. Everything worked as it should. Location was awesome right on the beach with a Starbucks right on the ground floor! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a family vacation
