Fully furnished, extraordinarily clean, three bedroom: including King bed in primary, two large queen guest rooms. Two full baths! Home in the highly desirable Marianna Villas in Village of Collier less than 1 mile from Brownwood Square. Home includes a very private glass enclosed Lanai, fully stocked kitchen, 2 seater golf cart available upon request. Very comfortable furnishings. with extra sheets and towels. Enjoy all the amenities of the Marianna Villas including golf, pickleball, pools and rec centers. Walk to Eisenhower, Collier, or Big Cypress recreation centers all less than 1 mile way. Choose from three great executive golf courses all within a three minute golf cart ride.

The Villages Florida offers over 119 pools, 56 golf courses, 4,000 clubs and live entertainment throughout the four village squares, Sawgrass, Edna's and multiple restaurants.

The accommodations were better than advertised. The property was clean and plenty of room to host a party of 10 people. The property was located within 15 minutes of grocery stores, exercise an activity facilities & access to major highways. I would recommend this property as a rental to another booker.

Every year I meet my two best friends for a few days of golf in The Villages. Of the 5 places we have stayed, this was by far the best one. Paul made the check in and check out process so simple. The villa was as good as advertised and the location was ideal for getting to all the golf courses and town centers. If you’re looking for a centralized rental, this is the one. Its location makes it easy to traverse north to play Palmers and Lopez and south to the newest golf course Woodlands. I’ll definitely stay here again next year. Kevin

Paul was a great host. Took care of the Villages pass on short notice. Even invited me to a party in the neighborhood. Doesn't get any better! Good instructions and helpful info was provided. The house is nicely appointed and very comfortable and clean. Gets nice sunlight starting early and thru the day. Kitchen is pretty standard with a big fridge. Location is within walking distance of the Eisenhower Rec Center and close to Brownwood Square. I enjoyed the living spaces indoor and outdoor. Really liked the sliders in the Florida room. Had a great air flow. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
