We chose the Fayetteville Getaway because of its size, amenities, and convenient location to our event. Overall, we had a great stay. The home was spacious, the bedrooms were large and comfortable, and it accommodated our group perfectly. The pool was a great size, and the game room was a lot of fun. The pool table was a hit, although most of the cue sticks were missing their tips, leaving only one usable.The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness and maintenance. I specifically brought sourdough starter and ingredients to use the pizza oven and grill, but both were extremely dirty and unusable due to built-up grease and grime. The kitchen counters and stove also needed cleaning before we could use them. The outdoor trash bins were very smelly and contained maggots.The home could also use some TLC. A screen door nearly fell because it wasn't on its track, several outdoor lights were broken, and we saw quite a few roaches, including babies, which seemed more than just a weather issue.That said, the host was very responsive and offered to address every concern immediately. Despite the issues, we'd stay here again because the home has so much to offer. With better cleaning, pest control, and routine maintenance, this could easily be a 5-star property.

Nice property but not enough utensils in the kitchen. Also when we arrived that it was Saturday the pool was very dirty and they didn’t cleaned it until Friday. Besides that we lived the property and would like to come back again !
