This place was amazing! Steps from the pool and pickleball courts, fully stocked kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, very clean, a closet full of beach toys, chairs, and towels. Very easy to check in and very nice neighbors. There’s even a small alligator that greeted us every day in the moat. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Great unit for littles! Ground floor access right by the pool and a short walk to the beach. Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The unit is extremely spacious.

The condo was as listed. Pictures posted were accurate. Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the host was easy and well received. The only issues we encountered was figuring out the tv remotes in the living room and the coffee pot kept overflowing when brewing a full pot. Overall we had a wonderful week and are looking forward to returning next year.

This condo's location can't be beat. It is walking distance to Coligny Beach and all its amenities, and if you don't want to walk, there is beach access right across the street. It was on the first floor, and the condo's pool was right out the back door about 100 steps away. The shared laundry room is right down the hall on the same floor, and it takes quarters (1 to wash, 1 to dry). The kitchen was nice, had enough to cook a meal, but small, so one cook at a time. Overall, a great experience.

Hi all,This property was great for our family of six. The host was proactive in providing us directions and instrutions to the gated parking lot and building prior to our arrival, and checking on us periodically throughout the stay. The complex is directly behind the Double Tree Hotel and shares an entrance off the main road.The location was close to beach access and was easily walkable. The patio area outside the main room conveniently opens up to the properties pool area.The unit was very clean, stocked with all the things you may need if you want to make use of the kitchen area. The provided beach items were a big plus for us when looking at the extra conveniences these short term rentals provide. Having a beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach umbrella on-site was so great.There is coin operated laundry on the first floor. Bring quarters, one dollar per wash and one dollar per dry.We were here during hot weather and the AC worked great, didn't use the heating.We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The host was very responsive. We had some issues with the icemaker and we asked for some extra towels. Both were taken care of rapidly. The unit is super close to the pool and on the ground floor, which is perfect for us. I would recommend and I will stay here again.
