Salobreña: Cosy single-family house "Granado", 2 storeys. On the outskirts Salobreña, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. Private: beautiful garden with flowers and trees, orchard. In the house: air conditioning. Public parking on the road. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km, rocky beach 100 m (small), outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Nearby attractions: Granada 70 km, Málaga 85 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada 100 km. Hiking paths: Sierra del Huétor 93 km, Sierra de Tejada 70 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. 1 km West from the house you will find a large hotel with pool area, which as a bar guest you are allowed to use.

A pesar de los esfuerzos de la dueña y su amabilidad por solventar los problemas existentes en la casa, no fueron solucionados. Llegamos el 5/7/25 y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado del comedor (Planta principal), y hasta el miércoles por la tarde no pudo ir un técnico a revisarlo y tampoco lo arregló, lo que implicó que toda la semana estuviéramos a 35 grados y humedad, sin aire acondicionado. Además tienen un problema con las cucarachas. Bastante desagradable. Fue cariñosa con mi perra.

Fantastische plek

Dit was een geweldig fijn huis. Prima uitvalsbasis om Andalusië te verkennen. De ontvangst door de gastvrouw was prima. Bij vragen werd er direct gereageerd. Het huis was voor ons van alle gemakken voorzien. Toplocatie dus.

La casa è veramente molto bella, spazi ben distribuiti e fantastica veduta sul mare. Molto fresca, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort...per spostarsi è necessaria l'auto,ma a 5 minuti c'è il centro del paese Salobreña.

Falta de desinfección (hormigas y cucarachas). Falta de productos básicos (papel higiénico). Atasco en red de evacuación, no pudiendo utilizar baño de la planta baja

Zu hoher Preis für die Qualität, bzw. Leistung

Haus innen ist sauber und die Möbel sind weitestgehend in gutem Zustand. Schön, wie auf den Fotos. Betten sind zum Teil aber bretthart. Die Lage ist sehr schön, toller Meerblick. Durch die Nähe zur Uferstraße leichte Geräuschbelästigung. Dunstabzugshaube war defekt. Auf meine Nachricht an Verwalter wurde nicht reagiert. Außen sieht es anders aus. Terrasse unten ist verdreckt, ebenso die Sitzecke unter Bäumen sowie vor der Küche. Westblick auf Abwasserrohr und Mauer wird verschwiegen.

Perfecta para descansar

La casa es bonita y tiene unas fantásticas vistas. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, camas muy cómodas, cocina y salón muy agradables y estupenda terraza. Los baños están muy regular, falta reformarlos. Hay un olor terrible a darro en las habitaciones de abajo. La casa está en una "urbanización" poco urbanizada, no hay farolas, la oscuridad es total y da un poco de miedo. No había cochera disponible, estaba ocupada. Hay que coger el coche para todo.

Thanks for your feedback. We passed your comments to our local team who have now been able to resolve the mentioned smell. Due to the current global sitaution, the property was not occupied for a longer time, ultimately reducing the amount of ventilation during this time.

Comodidad y limpieza

El personal que recoge las llaves super amable y en 10min se presentó en cuanto lo llame para darnos las llaves y recogerlas, muy bien esta persona. La ropa de cama y toallas a estrenar. Buena limpieza. No hay microoondas ni televisión. Las camas muy comodas y todo muy silencioso. Apartada del pueblo a unos 2.5km y hay que coger el coche para ir a la playa
