Guests can enjoy access to a shared yard, a rare feature in NuLu. Inside, each unit boasts a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, complemented by abundant natural light streaming through large glass doors and windows. Perfect for groups visiting Derby, Bourbon & Beyond, or Louder than Life.

Experience urban convenience with a cozy, sustainable vibe!

• Living Room: Comfortable seating area featuring a futon bed and a daybed chair. Relax with the smart Roku TV. 📺
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee machines. Includes basic cookware and dishes. 🍳
• Bedroom: Features a queen sized bed, full length mirror, and closet with iron. 🛏️
• Bathroom: Full bath with bathtub, sink, toilet, and in unit washer and dryer. 🛁

🅿️ GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire top rear apartment (Unit 6) and the private deck.
• Parking: Free street parking is available on both Jefferson and Wenzel. 🚗
• Entry: The home is accessed via Self Check In using a Smart Lock with a unique code per guest. 🔑

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above the front door, and at the back of the unit, recording 24/7 for your safety.
• Noise: Please keep noise neighbor friendly. Strictly no parties.
• Condition: This is a well loved home. We professionally clean it, but minor signs of age may be present.
