Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Due to the local regulation, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and peace of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noises are not allowed from 12 pm to 10 am. For the same reason, the property is intended for families and quiet groups. Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.
