Why they chose this property
This neighborhood, Tate Springs Farms, is a Lynchburg hidden gem! Tucked behind Lynchburg General Hospital, there are only two streets on a peninsula of the Blackwater Creek Nature reserve. There are more wildlife neighbors than human and we're minutes from downtown and popular historic sites.
What makes this property unique
This is a 1959 home with updated electric and amenities as well as sound-proofing insulation between floors and walls. The property features bright windows, lots of space indoors and out, and above all: privacy! Walk through the backyard to reach the Hillsdale Street access to the popular Blackwater Creek Nature Trails. Plenty of parking on-street, on a dedicated parking pad beside the carport, and in the back yard. Lots of historic details in addition to family games, puzzles, and reading material to help you relax in quiet comfort.
