Oceanside Escapes - near exclusive resort beach access, amazing golf view

Welcome to Tranquil Shores Villa 3109, an incredibly located and decorated villa for your next beach getaway in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.

This second floor two bedroom, two bath golf & pond-view villa is in the Beachview section of Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. In close proximity to the beach (just across the street), you’ll have access to the separate gate that leads you to the white sand.

Inside, unwind in style in a large, coastal living room with comfortable seating–including a sleeper sofa–and a stunning floor to ceiling view of the 1st tee green of the resort golf course and gorgeous water feature. Step out onto the private, covered balcony to enjoy the views and soak up the peace and quiet. Inside, a large smart TV offers steaming capabilities, and the upgraded kitchen with gorgeous cabinetry and granite countertops is ready for you to whip up meals and snacks. We have a toaster, blender and Keurig coffee maker for your use, and all dishes/utensils and pots/pans are available as well. Full sized appliances include a private washer and dryer for convenience.

The main suite features a king size bed, smart TV, clothing storage, ceiling fan, and an ensuite main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has one queen bed + bunk beds, smart TV, clothing storage, ceiling fan, and access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

One of the Resort’s most updated, seasonally heated pools is located just steps from our front door.

This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Pets/ESA are not allowed.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort’s fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach’s ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you’ll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants–everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.
