Guests can walk to Allentown cafés, galleries, and nightlife in just 5 minutes, while still being a short drive from Niagara Falls, Elmwood Village, and Downtown Buffalo

- Check-in as of 4pm, check-out at 11am. Contact us for early check-in and/or late check-out possibilities.

- No pets or parties allowed.

- Every booking will require ID verification, accepting our Terms & Conditions and securing a deposit.

- The 5th bedroom is accessed through the 4th bedroom (see floor plan). The red bathroom is an ensuite.

- A complimentary starter supply of essential household, cleaning, kitchen, and bathroom items is provided in reasonable quantities to begin your stay. These are generally sufficient for short stays; however, guests are responsible for replenishing any items as needed. No refills or restockings will be provided.
