This laid-back Blue Mountain Beach home is made for easy days and time together. It’s quiet, comfortable, and has plenty of room for big families or groups to spread out and relax. With six bedrooms—including four king beds, two full beds, and a bunk room with three full beds—everyone has a cozy place to land at the end of the day.

The house is set up for hanging out, whether you’re sharing meals at the table (there’s seating for 16), catching up in the living room, grabbing a drink at the bar, or letting the kids have their own space in the playroom.

You’ll have private beach access plus a private deeded beach, with chairs and cabanas ready for long beach days. One of our favorite spots is the lookout seating area—perfect for winding down and watching the sunset.

With a fully stocked kitchen and parking for up to six full-size vehicles, everything you need is here. It’s an easy, comfortable beach home where you can slow down and enjoy being together.
